Our Incentive Trip (written by Kate)

On 19th November, some of us went to the Singapore Flyer and Marina Barrage. It was an incentive trip held for pupils who have contributed their service to the school. We had a fun time.

I was very excited when I stepped into the capsule of the Singapore Flyer. When we were high up in the sky, the view was so breathtaking that I was speechless. It took about more than a half an hour to ride the Singapore Flyer. When we get out of the capsule,we went to the Yakult Rainforest Discovery centre. Inside, we saw a pond full of fishes and a waterfall.

Next, we went to the Marina Barrage. When we arrived at our destination, we saw some fountains. We had our lunch there. The boys played in the water and got wet as they were too close to the fountain.

Then, we met the tour guide and started our tour in the Sustainable Singapore Gallery. Inside there was this Organic Tree. Next to it was full of NEWATER bottles. There were a lot of multimedias. Next, the tour guide showed us how the Marina Bridge could be opened and how the plunger was used. She also took us up to the roof top to show us the view.

I had a lot of fun on this trip!
