Our Second Rainbow Day (by Katrina)

For the first time, Mr Chia invited our parents for our Rainbow Day performance. We celebrated International Friendship Day too. It's nice to see attractive costumes from different parts of the world. Now, I have an idea how traditional costumes from different countries looked like. I hope there is still another event where I can wear my Filipina dress.

Our second Rainbow Day was really special to me because my whole family was there. During my joint peformance with Kate, my heart was beating so fast, I think three times as fast, compared to my performance during the first Rainbow Day. I could hardly sing when I saw the big crowd. My mum signalling to me to sing more loudly. My parents were happy to see me performing on stage. They enjoyed watching the show, especially the presentation by our class 3A, 'Seize the Day', which I also joined in.

I really had fun watching the dance number by 2A. Their music made me feel like dancing too. Mr Tay has a good choice of music. I also can't forget Mr Yaidi's favourite song entitled 'Rainbow Connection' which his pupils performed.

I am excited about the next Rainbow Day. For sure, Mrs Tay and our class will prepare another great number.

It's Rainbow Day Again! (by Leona Wu)

The second Rainbow Day was even more fun! Again, we came to school in our colourful clothes. After recess, we went to the hall. After the International Friendship Day celebration, we waited anxiously for our turn to perform. After a while, it was Katrina and Kate's turn to sing. Their voices are very sweet.

Finally, it was our turn! I was both scared and excited. However, when I was on the stage, I was no longer scared. I remembered all my dance steps and did my best.

When Rainbow Day was over, I felt a bit miserable as we would have to wait a very long time for the next Rainbow Day. I've enjoyed myself a lot.

Our Second Rainbow Day (by Tan Cai Qi)

Our second Rainbow Day was on 9 April. This time, we celebrated it together with International Friendship Day. I was really excited as our parents were invited to the school to watch us perform.

Before the start of Rainbow Day, we watched a video clip of our first Rainbow Day. The emcees for our second Rainbow Day were Vanessa from our class and Cheryl from 2B. My class performed a song entitled 'Seize the Day'. My best friends, Kate and Katrina, also sang a song 'I Have a Dream'. I liked their singing.

When my mother fetched me after school, she told me she had enjoyed our Rainbow Day performance. I am very happy and am looking forward to our third Rainbow Day!

I am happy in Endeavour Primary (by Hmu Eindra Ko)

I am happy to be an Endeavour Primary School student. I have made many new friends. My best friend is Kate. She is funny and friendly to everyone in the class. The principal and teachers are very kind. My favourite lessons are P.E., English and Chinese. My favourite teacher is Mrs Tay. She is very kind and helpful to my friends and me.

The most interesting places in the school are the library and the computer lab. I enjoy going to the library with my friends but I must not be noisy or disturb anyone in the library. I also like my lessons in the computer lab but I must not run or play in the computer lab.

I like Friday most as it is Fitness Friday. The exercise makes me fresh and relaxed. These are the reasons why I like Endeavour Primary School!
